Giancarlo's practice encompasses various facets of business law, real estate, wills and estates, with a specialization in transactional work. Typical matters include commercial and residential real estate transactions, secured commercial lending and refinancing, corporate M&A, shareholder agreements, corporate re-organizations, and the preparation of primary and secondary wills.After graduating from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, Giancarlo spent several years practicing corporate and securities law in a major Bay Street firm and subsequently acted as vice president in a boutique investment dealer in Toronto. This experience allows Giancarlo to not only assist clients in navigating complex legal concepts, but also provide valuable business and transactional insight along the way.Giancarlo joined Soppelsa Miceli Professional Corporation in 2016.
